To reserve your items and lock in your event date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This ensures everything you need is set aside just for you.
When we deliver your items, the remaining balance is due, along with a fully refundable security deposit. This deposit protects against any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.
After your event, we inspect the items. As long as everything is returned in good condition, your full security deposit will be returned promptly.

Absolutely. The only caveat is that we do not provide deliveries on same day rentals. Deliveries require at least 48 hour notice.
We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and corporate invoices. You can pay a 30 % deposit online and settle the balance on delivery.
Yes, we're flexible. If you need to add, remove, or swap items, just contact us at least 48 hours before your event and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Damage Policy
You’re responsible for returning all rental items clean and in the same condition you received them. We hold a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. After inspection, if everything is intact and clean, we refund your security deposit in full. If items are damaged, missing, or need extra cleaning, those costs are deducted from your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Your 30 % booking deposit is fully non-refundable. Any cancellation means you forfeit that deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or pickup and is not affected by cancellation.
