Secure Your Rental
To reserve your items and lock in your event date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This ensures everything you need is set aside just for you.
Pay Balance & Security Deposit on Delivery
When we deliver your items, the remaining balance is due, along with a fully refundable security deposit. This deposit protects against any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.
Get Your Deposit Back
After your event, we inspect the items. As long as everything is returned in good condition, your full security deposit will be returned promptly.

What areas do you serve for party equipment rentals?
We deliver and set up across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon.
Do you allow same day rentals?
Absolutely. The only caveat is that we do not provide deliveries on same day rentals. Deliveries require at least 24 hour notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and corporate invoices. You can pay a 30 % deposit online and settle the balance on delivery.
What is your payment policy?
You pay a 30 % non-refundable deposit upfront to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or pickup of your rental items.
What is your damage and cancellation policy?
Damage Policy
You’re responsible for returning all rental items clean and in the same condition you received them. We hold a refundable security deposit to cover any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. After inspection, if everything is intact and clean, we refund your security deposit in full. If items are damaged, missing, or need extra cleaning, those costs are deducted from your security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Your 30 % booking deposit is fully non-refundable. Any cancellation means you forfeit that deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery or pickup and is not affected by cancellation.
